I have a Windows XP, Pentium 4, 250 SDDRam, CD-Rom/DVD Player, 40 GB hard drive, dial up modem, Flat panel monitor, and a microphone.

How can I remove any/all trojan viruses and worms?

Which ones do you have? Have you done a scan?

Click on the link in my signature and follow all steps there. That will clean your system.

Avast said I had many infected files. I told it to delete them. I bet I deleted a couple HUNDRED files.

Then I had to rescan & delete the virus using Norton. I had a Bagel & Bloodhound virus.

I was a bit disappointed. :o

I assume you meant the on-line scanner from norton?

No, I took my hard drive out & placed in a computer that had Norton & scanned it.
