Viruses help how.....

Hey guys i got like 16 viruses/trojan horses/ trjona gen and bunch of stuff all together counted…and how do i remove them i put them all in my chest like it said so im confused what do i do??? i got the free version of avast home…

Download HJTInstall.exe to your Desktop from here: http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
* Doubleclick HJTInstall.exe to install it.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
* Click on Install.
* It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
* Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
* Copy/Paste the log to your next reply please. If it does not fit into one posting, use two
or paste it into Attach:

Don’t use the Analyse This button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
Don’t have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Here i used to have trend micro so i have it. but heres the log file but after could you tell what i do if i ever get a virus again?

Hi darkdemon922,

Just fix the things I mentioned with HijackThis, no big thing there, some are just empties or crap to better be without.
If you download the microsoft antiviral tool that will clean the malware from your comp.
As a line of protection, lean on your system is Ewido Micro and you can combine that with Ad-aware 2007 or ComodoBoClean 4.25.
