Just fix the things I mentioned with HijackThis, no big thing there, some are just empties or crap to better be without.
If you download the microsoft antiviral tool that will clean the malware from your comp.
As a line of protection, lean on your system is Ewido Micro and you can combine that with Ad-aware 2007 or ComodoBoClean 4.25.
