Ive heard about this all over the place, but i dont know what it does. Help?

They say some varients need a reformat but i havent seen one in my business i have cured many such infections and the clients have never had a call back…they say its a lost cause…its not true 
Download Dr.Web CureIt

Restart computer in [b]Safe Mode[/b]
Double-click the Start [b]launch.exe[/b], after which they will see a Welcome window - click [b]Start[/b]
Appear to notice of the initiation of preliminary scan - click [b]OK[/b]
Wait a few minutes to make Dr.Web CureIt [b]Scan Express[/b], if malware is found, click on [b]Yes to All[/b] button in the window that appears, allow the program to carry out disinfection
Click [b]Settings> Change settings F9[/b], in the window that opens, uncheck option [b]Heuristic Analysis[/b] and then click [b]Yes[/b]
In the main window, bookmark [b]option Complete[/b] Scan and then click the Dr.Web CureIt will start scanning
If malware is found, click on [b]Yes to All[/b] button in the window that appears, allow the program to carry out disinfection
When the scan is complete, click the [b]Select all[/b] button (if available), and then click the [b]Cure[/b],
in the menu that appears, click[b] Move incurable[/b]:
Upon completion of the process, click File> Save report list Save the log to Desktop
Copy the contents of Dr.Web CureIt logo in the topic in the forum.
