Vista won't boot, avast aswrvrt.sys frst.exe

Hello,

My computer didn’t boot so I stopped all avast processes with fixlist.txt and Frst.
Afterwards I could start and I removed avast.
A reboot was needed to complete the uninstall of avast… and I cannot boot again.
Reboot on crcdisk.sys in safe mode and all others mode failed as well.
In attachment my new FRST.TXT.
Could anyone help me?

Thanks and regards,

Could you access the command prompt in the recovery console and try the following command, once it has completed try a reboot

chkdsk c: /r

chkdsk is running. I’ll let you know the result !

Thanks !

That hasn’t fixed the issue.
Other idea?

Thanks

No guarantee that this will work

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press FIX
On completion try a reboot

Doesn’t work neither :frowning:

OK last shot I am afraid…

Download this attached fixlist.txt to the same locations as FRST
Run FRST and press fix
On completion try a reboot

That works !! Thanksssss !
What do you advice before rebooting the computer?
Install anythings? scanning?

Yes, you may need to repair Avast

Still some problems. I still have an avast service in my FRSTlog. It seems also to want start in Safe mode

Thanks for your help

OK lets remove the safe mode start and a malware entry

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press FIX
On completion reboot to normal windows
