VPN connection impossible after hibernate

Hello

Since a few days, when I wake up my computer from standby or hibernation, it is impossible to connect the vpn (to any country).
So that it can reconnect, I have to restart the pc…

Could you help me please ?

Do you have an internet connection after resume from sleep or hibernate without the Avast SecureLine VPN running?

Sorry for the late response.
Yes she is… but as much I do not know why the problem appears, so why now it is not presented anymore ??? : -s

Sorry you are having problems translating into English but your efforts are appreciated. What is your language?

So,

  • without Avast VPN connected you have normal internet connection?
  • and your second post says everything works now?

french
yes normal connexion
and second computer is dead

I activated the vpn on the new pc (as the death of the other) and the problem reappeared on both at the same time.
My computer is connected with a network cable directly to the box and the other by the wifi.
On mine, the vpn does not succeed to connect, except after restarting the pc and on the new one (there was the same problem on the old one), there are always disconnections.
I hope that these explanations are more clear
Thank you

If you have a multi-user license for Avast VPN you shouldn’t not be seeing no connectivity.

If, on the other hand, you have a single-use license, you can’t run Avast VPN on both systems at the same time. You’ll have to pick and choose.

I know it well, otherwise I would not have explained the problem here
Besides, I would like to be able to recover the license of the dead pc. Is it possible please?
Thanks

Up please

Go to your my.avast.com account from there you should be able to see all your licenses.

Thank you
But what I meant was that when you activate a license on a device, the meter does less 1
So I would like to know how to disable the license on this device (dead pc)?
Thank you
PS: moreover, there is no info on this, on the accounts page…
