VPN does not work at my PC

I bought avast ultimate this morning. After setup the software, the Secureline-VPN show “oops! Secureline VPN has encountered a technicial issue”.
My System: Window 7 (64)
country: China.

I want to see Facebook,Youtube, so I bought the ultimate version. If it could not work in China, company should tell customers before they decide to buy Ultimate version.

Secureline and a lot of VPN services does not work in China. Reason? “The Great Firewall”.
You have to search on Google and see if finds another VPN service which has some “workaround” and works in China.
