Secure VPN keeps reconnecting every 30 seconds or gives an error saying there is no connection. With VPN turned off internet works just fine.
I tried reinstalling and the DNS thing but it does not work.

Are you connecting over WiFi or LAN(ethernet) cable?
If you using both, turn off the WiFi and test only with the LAN cable.
You can also set your current network and SecureLine to Private
In Avast Premium Security > go to Privacy > Firewall > Firewall Profile
