Last year I cancelled the subscription for one of my devices and arranged for the new licence to cover ONE device ONLY. I have just been debted for a Multi Devices (10) Licence. I cannot find any way to get in contact with Avast to clarify the matter. Every “Contact Us” avenue seems to end in a dead end. Can anyone give me an email address that will put me in touch with a human?

I have been exchanging emails and appear to be moving to some sort of refund - by that, their proposal is to increase the length of time on the single user subscription rather than a financial refund.
I have added the link to my address book for any future need to contact Avast.
