VPN malicious url detected

Hi!

I received an infection block alert when attempting to connect to a VPN. Here are the details…

Infection: URL:Mal
URL: http://185.3.135.130/
Process: /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox

I performed a full system scan but nothing suspicious was found. Any idea what it could be? Is my computer infected and should I be worried about going online?

This was and old block, I am now removing the IP from our blacklist.
