vpn says its connected when its not!

the vpn says its connected to the London server when its not. Macbook pro, can someone help please.

I too cannot connect using the UK server. All sites say Im NOT in UK. Usually its brilliant and smooth.

The same thing happened to me for a few hours earlier, though I’m using Windows. It seems to be working correctly now.

I have asked yesterday our network operations what’s going on. They will investigate the issue, at this moment it appears as DoS attack.

Same problem continuing today. It says I’m connected to the UK server but can’t access any UK only site (BBC iPlayer, BetFair etc). Please fix.

Jiri Horky - I’m not sure who your reply was aimed at but if it was to me I can confirm that I can now again access the sites I mentioned using AVAST VPN. Thanks for your help (if any).
