VPN Secureline trial worked fine, but purchased version does not install

Posted my ticket on Jan 8th and no response from support for the last 3 days. Is this normal?

Have repeated the purchase and installation process after a clean boot but the same problem persists. Have Windows 8.1 on Microsoft Surface Pro 3.

Unfortunately, Response is known to be slow.
Could be 7-10 business days for tickets and technical support for this tool.
