VPN Settings Problem

Hi,
After years of working with Eset software families, I’m trying to move to Avast
As an start point I replaced one.
I’m a developer and I really love the quality of Avast Software.
Unfortunately we have some problems regarding setting VPN’s info (pptp,l2tp)
I went to packet rules and set the server, protocols to all ! and no port limits, it won’t work,
Disabling firewall alone again won’t work, I’m not certainly sure but I think it only worked when I turned all the shields off !
Really in my point of view it could be good if when the Smart Security found a new network could ask for any permission by the operator(Admin) and have a smart solution on this case.
Would be glad if I hear your ideas, also please aid me on solving this issue
which is critical to our work.

Hi Mr Bot!
Really at the time I posted this I didn’t expect a bot answer.
I tried to reply next to this but unfortunately because of wrong entering the Captcha I missed my message and didn’t retry at that time because of the busyness.
I read the article you mentioned before the post, and in my question I mentioned how I tried to configure.
The article is just talking about L2tp which even it doesn’t work for me on this case.
Also want to know how can I configure a VPN with various series of IPs.
How to be sure the range we are applying is correct ?,
how to test the connection ?

please provide a more helpful guidance.

That’s correct but I check it rarely.
Want to change it to my forum’s provided Email.

Well, if you submitted a ticket with a given email, you can’t change it anymore.
