VPN support request problem

Dear all,

I just made a technical support request about VPN (paid version). But the received confirmation message claims that I had requested a concellation and refund which is just wrong.

So now while my first technical problem is still bothering me, there is a second bug in the help tool. And the email which I got is a no-reply email, so this is why I try to make things right here.

My original issue has been resolved. The issue about the incorrect automatic email remains, but it did not have any negative consequences, as the support person correctly addressed my problem.
