secure VPN service was working just fine until this morning October 3, 2017 then it just wont connect.
Keeps trying then says failed…
any ideas?
Tried the different servers ?
Any (error) message in the log file ?

im using windows 10 64. it hasnt worked since october 3rd
how can i check for erors in the log file. i am not an experienced user
There are many Countries you can connect to, have to tried any of them?

berryy, have you tried another server? Do you live in a country which have “problems” with VPN services? Tried to uninstall and reinstall?
When you say “it hasn’t worked since october 3rd”, you mean that you’re not able to connect to any server?
