VPN wont connect.

this message doesn’t provide much information to work with. The typical reasons why VPN doesn’t connect are network conditions (too hight latency), blocked ports 500 or 4500 (i.e. some Cisco routers have disabled them by default), and blocked communication by countries or ISPs (China, United Arab Emirates, Qatar).
Could you please generate a support package from application’s help menu and send it to me as a private message?
