VPS 130819-1 has been posted as available on http://www.avast.com/virus-update-history for a few hours now. However, neither of my machines have updated to this latest version. After a while, I tried triggering a manual update but it states that it is already up to date.
Same here. May be Avast! recalled it.

Same here, like iroc9555 said avast could have pulled it from the servers.
It might have been pulled. As iroc9555 said, streaming updates have been coming thru steadily.
I didn’t receive this update either. And it’s almost noon here. Seems we are on same boat.

there was problem with uploading last update to update servers. It will be fixed with next update, which is just in release process.

Not me. I have tried twice to update through Avast! GUI and it says up to date >:(
Don’t worry, it can take a while to distribute it to all servers. 
Thanks Asyn. No, I am not worried. I know that stream updates are backing up the regular VPS. Just stating that not all get the VPS at the same time like you said.

Milos, thank you for the information. When I turned on my machine about 15 minutes ago, Avast updated to 130819-1. Hopefully, 130820-0 will follow shortly. I’ve already received 44 streaming updates for it.
Edit: VPS updated automatically to 130820-0 just now.

it does not depend on location – all servers are updated and after they checked that the new update is OK than all update servers switch to serving new VPS (when only few servers are updated and other not, than they could become overloaded).
