What could be reason? I just downloaded from avast website offline VPS update file 84298 KB but it’s not working

- Which version…?
- OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
- Other security related software installed…?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?
Is this really a VPS Update or are you trying to install Avast Free?
Also have you tried to redownload the file?
Free avast 11.2 I installed last month on win xp 32 bit netbook.
