In ADNM’s computer catalog it doesn’t always display the proper version of the VPS that is in use on the client. Some are as out of date as a full week even though ADNM says it communicated with the client in question just a half hour ago. Checking the client itself shows that it is up to date. Any way to get ADNM to update it’s info to reflect the true versions?
What is the OS on the clients?
Does it happen on all machines or just some?
The clients are W2K Server SP3 , and XP SP1. It appears to happen on any machine that has done automatic updates.
- How are you checking the clients if everything is OK?
- Does a reboot of the client change (update) the VPS version on the server?
Thanks
Vlk
I bring up the avast client on the machine in question and check it manually.
No.
Hopefully, RC-1 will do better.
Please keep me informed.
BTW we’ve found a bug in the current version that might’ve been causing incorrect reporting of VPS version from the agents.
It has now been fixed.
Thanks
