W32/Dref-V

I am infected with the W32/Dref-V (trojan I believe) which sends out replicating emails with ‘greeting card.exe’ in the subject line. (I see when I Google it that there are also other subjects it uses.)

Grateful for advice on how to deal with it. Having done a search, Avast apparently is unaware of it.
