Thank you for posting the log. Did you turn Avast back on? If not, do so now. You still have possible malware that will need to be fixed. Keep all files in the Virus Chest for now and do not use the machine until either Argus or Essexboy also reviews your log.
When we are done with the malware removal, we will instruct you on updating your machine since I see you are using out of date MS/Windows and software and I will give you other additional instructions for keeping safer.
