If u wanna try avast! for spyware test, like eicar test, this is the link.

I’ve tried it and it blocks everything! AWESOME!

I did this test through Opera and IE7. None of it got past the avast on-access scanner and all of the test components, including Towtruck, are now in the Chest.

mmm that might be because of your config of avast!, cuz i have enabled everything, and it blocked all tests.
check your config. and thankz for tested it.

I tried a few of these with avast disabled. They still will not run. :slight_smile:

WebShield blocked all tentatives of downloads… maybe we need a better way to bypass it and see if avast stop the behavior and not the file download. Maybe on avast 5…
