Skin releases are sporatic depending on when someone makes another one. Forum member, Sasha, makes some of them and I think he made a new one not long ago. There are other forum members who occational have made skins also. Most of the original skins made by awil (avast) are included in the program. Check the avast website for the available skins.
There are more skins on the web site than you can shack a stick at, http://www.avast.com/eng/skins.html, 39 at the last count.

You’ll have to learn how to manage ActiveSkin (a very complex utility) and SkinBuilder.
Also ActiveSkin, if I’m not wrong, is not available for download… It’s not an easy work!

You are right to check as it isn’t compatible with avast as it uses the ActiSkin runtime to display the skins.
