Want to download nirsoft-tools, and get html-403-error (forbidden)

Wanted to download famous nirsoft tools – and while downloading at a certain point the download is stopped and cannot be resumed – any retry results in html-error 403 (forbidden). only solution is to turn off avast-protection … how to resolve without turning all protection totally off?

The download itself isn’t being blocked but, Avast does detect the Zip file as infected:

BTW. It also gave me an PUP alert by Avast.
