That isn’t the file location and file name, but me if there is any doubt whatsoever about a restore point it is better out of the System Volume Information folder so if you use system restore in the future you aren’t possibly infecting your system.
So send it to the avast chest where it can do no harm. There is no rush to delete anything from the chest, a protected area where it can do no harm. Anything that you send to the chest you should leave there for a few weeks. If after that time you have suffered no adverse effects from moving these to the chest, scan them again (inside the chest) and if they are still detected as viruses, delete them.
After you’re clean, disable System Restore on Windows ME, XP or Vista. System Restore is not available in Windows 9x and 2k. After disabling you can enable it again.
