Warning - System Error Box

I keep receiving a warning system error box, I might be infected and have a trojan, it then goes on to say click here for the latest virus software, etc.
Also ever time i go to google on the net the start has a warning box with ERROR - your browser was hijacked some results were changed by porn advertising you need to clean your system immediately download the latest antispy software.
What do I need to do to get rid of this?
