Warning Threat even when trying to download FRST.exe Win32:Evo-gen [susp]

Hi,
I have another issue, it might appear.
Threats started to pop up again.
I experience even issue to download the frst.exe file from bleeping computer, giving me the win32:Evo-gen warning.
I have attached my 4 scan files.
I hope you can help and check this.

Normal..... All these diagnostic / malware tools are frequently detected by AV ..... especially after tool updates

Could you download and run an up to date version of FRST please, if necessary temporarily disable web shield

Also what problems are you having
