Warning Virus - "Police has spot you" - Avast do not detect it

Hi,
I have save a virus that blocks your computer, I have a lot of problems with a lots of computers that I fix, and every day is harder to take it off, it looks that they improve it very well and cheat people to pay them. Avast do not detect it.
The txt file is a virus, do NOT change to exe.

thank you for the sample, detection will be added. But better is to send samples to virus@avast.com and put “False negative” to email subject.

Sorry to do it like this but I didn´t know how and I had hard time with it.

For the next time I´ll send it there.
