Was wondering in which product I could get more protection.

Hey,

My name is [unimportant], but I go by Dev. I’ve been with Avast for quite some time now, even before registering for an account, but I think now I should set my standards a little higher. I’ve been using whatever avast! software I could get my hands on that personally benefited me and my personal PC, but I’d just like to get some facts before I decide to buy a different product from avast! for a year or two.

I’ve been thinking of getting avast! Premier 2015, but with me being paranoid as I am I want the best antivirus and internet security I can get my hands on.

With the fact that I am not a cooperate user, I would like to know which of the two products would better secure me from online threats as well as other features.

Avast Premier 2015, or Avast Endpoint Protection Suite?

I am asking this now because even though I am not in need of any cooperate-like protection (as in Avast Endpoint Protection), I am curious if the later would provide me with more security than the Premier version.

If Avast Endpoint Protection Suite provides me with more security features than Avast Premier, don’t hesitate to say so.

Since it is for a personal pc, it will be premier as AES is a business solution for servers/networks.

I understand that, but please do not take in the fact that I use a personal computer in consideration.

What I am asking for is if the AES product has a better antivirus and/or online protection than Premier.
Some companies give their cooperate customers better antivirus protection and the such since they pay a little more. If I must, I will set up administrator and moderator computers on the side for the AES protection to fully work - even if it is only for my one computer.

Of course, what I am saying now would be completely excusable if avast! is not “some companies”.

Please try to understand, I think I may be having a hard time trying to explain what I’m asking here.

I understand you, and my answer remains the same.

As far as I know it doesn’t.
I have a Licensed Premier version, the Anti virus scanning engine is the same for both.
Of course with Premier, you can pick and choose your additional security features by using the “Custom Installation”.
