Way to go turning me off this product

I’ve been an Avast software package subscriber for well over a decade and have frequently recommended it to clients. One of those components was the VPN module, but no more.

For the last couple of years, I maintained a subscription to the VPN component of Avast Premium. This year, because of performance issues, I decided not to renew it, yet almost two weeks later, it continued bugging me with stupid popups that it had expired and that I could “Extend” it.

FFS Avast, will you please STOP with the nagging already?

I’ve now uninstalled the VPN and Avast Premium will be next if I continue to get stupid up-sell popups.

Could you please provide us with the htmlremotecontent.log?
It is located here C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log
Please add it as an attachment here.

I think they worked it out for the worse the last years, the vpn service definitely needs some reliablity upgrades
