We bought the wrong version

Hello.

We bought Avast EndPoint, but it does not run on Windows 2012 Server.
Once we realized our mistake, we sent a message to Avast Suport ( Ticket AEI-323-54729 ), but we are untill now without an answer.
We would like to change the product ( depending on the price diff ) or the refund, in order to protect our server.

And now we are without Antivirus and without support.

Who could help us at Avast company?

You could also try the on-line contact form, http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles: to contact Sales, give then as much information as you can, purchase date, product ID, receipt/invoice number, email address used, etc. Since you have raised a Support Ticket put the ticket ID in it.
