After I run a smart scan, I get unspecific information about performance issues, etc. When I click on resolve all, I get more options and can look at detailed information. I assume you would get detailed information if you chose to resolve the issue, since the first step in resolving it is getting a description of the issue, and then choosing whether or not to address it.
