Web Browser starts after booting PC

This may be a rookie question but I couldn’t figure out how to fix it.

I’m running Win 7 Pro. I have Avast EPS (the free version for schools). I just put a new license into this machine and now every time I boot the computer, my browser automatically starts and opens to:

Nothing comes up on the page at all. The browser just opens and that address is in the address bar. Any advice on how to get that to stop happening? There are a lot of teachers who are going to be annoyed if that is popping up everyday when they start their computers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
