I updated to Avast 2014 and all seems OK. I also decided to install Chrome (not with the Avast update but on its own). I was logged into my PC as Administrator when I did this and all went fine, when I opened Chrome for the first time it prompted me to enable the Avast plugin, I did this and it was fine. Now when I log off as administrator and login as a normal user I get the Avast anti-virus welcome and all seems fine. I Start Chrome (as a user) but I never get the prompt to enable the Avast plugin and the AOS icon does not show. What’s up ???
