Web-Schutz Blockiert Updates und Windows Store

Hi Leute,
habe ein Problem mit meinem neune Laptop. Hier ein Paar Beispiele: ich habe den Spotify installer heruntergeladen dann kam eine meldung das der Installer nicht mit dem Internet verbinden kann. Dann wollte ich im Windows Store nach einer App suche jedoch kam dann die meldung das auch der Store nicht mit dem Internet verbinden kann. Jetzt habe ich hin und her probiert und dann am Ende herausgefunden das dieses Fehlen der Verbindung vom Web-Schutz von Avast 2015 verursacht wird. Wenn ich den Web-Schutz in den einstellungen ausschalte läuft alles wie es soll jedoch will ich nicht ungeschützt im Web Surfen und auch nicht immer ein und wieder aus und ein und wieder aus zuschalten. Ich habe schon alles was für mich möglich ist ausprobiert. Die Reste des vorinstallierten Mcafee deinstalliert alle einzelnen Web-Schutz Einstellungen aus und wieder eingestellt jedoch funktioniert es nicht. Habe auch schon Avast neuinstalliert und alles. Schon rumgegooglet aber kein ergebnis gefunden. Jetzt meine Frage hatte jemand das problem schon mal und hat es behoben bekommen oder wies jemand von euch woran es liegt.

did you remove any preinstalled AV before installing avast? / haben Sie eine bereits installierte Antivirus-Programm vor der Installation von avast entfernen?

do you have a firewall? .....

yes I removed Mcafee with the remove tool and I’am having the normal Windows Firewall

have you tried avast repair?
controlpanel > ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall/change > repair option … wait a minute and reboot

any change?

scroll down to Farbar Recovery Scan Tool … run as instructed and attach the two diagnostic logs

when done, essexboy will have a look inside :wink:

Mmm, I see some similarities in problem(s) and pre-installed av ( McAfee ) https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=167636.0
I bet it is not Avast!, but the McAfee uninstaller ( leaving leftovers, corrupting things etc. ) that is the problem.

yepp, i think there was a similar case here a week ago and essexboy had to remove some McAfee leftovers

A bit of McAfee remains, after this fix download and run the McAfee tool from here http://service.mcafee.com/faqdocument.aspx?id=TS101111

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

no. it sill blocks programms like the nexus mod manager or the windows store

What error do you get ?

the windows store still says me that it cant connect to the internaet and the nexus mod mananger can´t complete a download when the internet securety is on
