Hallo Avast-Team!

Seit 3 Tagen zeigt das Programm „Sie sind gefährdet“. “Probleme beheben“ funktioniert nicht. In den Einstellungen ist der Web-Schutz auf „aus“. Einschalten springt immer wieder zurück auf „aus“.
Ich benutze Win 7 mit allen Updates. Bitte Fehler dringend schnellstens beheben. oder alte Version bereitstellen !!

Ich benutze seit Jahren nur Avast free. Daneben läuft die Win Firewall sowie von der Fritzbox das Modul “Protect”. Alles seit Jahren problemlos bis vor ein paar Tagen. Davor wurden umfangreiche Win Updates gefahren. Was kann ich tun ??

Diese Reparatur habe ich zweimal versucht, leider ohne Erfolg, trotz Erfolgsmeldung.
Außer den genannten Sicherheitsprogrammen läuft auch schon ewig Win Defender mit. Den Echtzeitschutz habe ich testweise jetzt deaktiviert. Trotzdem zeigt Avast obiges Problem. Was kann ich tun, damit wieder Sicherheit im Netz da ist!

Vielleicht haben die Windows Updates etwas durcheinander gebracht. Die machen bei mir seit Monaten auch immer wieder Probleme.
Versuche mal eine saubere Neuinstallation:

Im Avast Virus-Container sind bei mir diverse Positionen gespeichert. Was passiert mit denen, wenn ich Avast deinstalliere? Sollte ich die nicht vorher löschen? Gibt es dafür eine sehr sichere Methode ?
Falls die Updates von Win eine Rolle spielen, könnte ich auch noch einen früheren Sicherungspunkt zur Wiederherstellung wählen. Aber dann sind wieder die Updates verloren.

Zu 1: Werden dann mit entfernt.
Zu 2: Auf gar keinen Fall.
Zu 3: Die System-Updates spielen keine Rolle.

Nun habe ich wie vorgeschlagen im abgesicherten Modus deinstalliert und neu installiert. Danach waren zunächst alle Module aktiv. Dann lief im Hintergrund ein Download, sichtbar im FRitzboxdiagramm. Unmittelbar nach Abschluss des Downloads sprang der Webschutz auf “aus” und blieb aus.Es läuft also nach Installation des Programms wie oben vorgegeben noch ein Update, welches diesen Fehler generiert. Wie kann ich dieses Update wieder loswerden??

Danke für die Hilfe, hier kommen die Diagnose Logs. Hoffentlich bringt das die Lösung des Fehlers !

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

File after operation see enclosure.
But mistake (missing web-Schutz) is furtheron present. In addition Fritzbox shows mistake. I have to correct installation of Box.
What to do now?

OK have you done a clean install, as the McAfee elements may have corrupted Avast

Download Avast Uninstall Utility to your Desktop.
Download the correct version of Avast
Avast Free
Avast Pro
Avast Internet Security
Avast Premier
Disconnect from the net
Uninstall Avast via control panel

[]Run the uninstall tool and accept the reboot to safe mode
[]Once complete reboot your system
[*]Reinstall Avast

ok., I did this action once more. After new installation of Avast all functions are activ as required, but Avast Icon at desktop did not operate for adjustments. I activated reboot of PC. After this a box was shown “Die Avast Installation wird fertiggestellt” and in the background a download was running. During this download the Avast-Icon at the Taskline switches on an exclamation mark! Webshield without operation !! Reason for the switch is your download after new installation and restart of PC. Please correct this program function.

Remark:
The new installion was done in normal mode and connected to internet because setup needs internet contact.
