Web Shield and IE6 Security Settings

For some time now I have set IE6 Security Settings to present the following prompts when browsing applicable sites:

  • Do you want to allow software such as Active X controls and plug-ins to run?
    and
  • A script is accessing some software (an Active X control) on this page which has been marked safe for scripting. Do you want to allow this?

I must admit I do find these constant prompts to be a bit of a pain. My question is, with the introduction of the Web Shield, would it now be safe to select ‘Enable’ in the IE Security Settings for these two prompts. In other words would Web Shield protect me adequately? Thanks.
