Web Shield and Office365 Outlook issues

I have had Avast pop up and block my work’s O365 Outlook saying it’s phishing since yesterday. It doesn’t block my personal Outlook account. I have tried putting in exceptions, but I must be missing something.

I want to use my home PC since my work laptop is underpowered (and I don’t like Mac). I don’t have Avast on my work laptop and O365 Outlook works fine on that. Work won’t make exceptions for me. I’ve had Avast for years and would rather not switch…thanks.
