I am running Aver Remote Console and when Web Shield is turned on I am not able to connect to my remote DVR’s. With Web Shield turned off I can access them fine. I have gone thru all of the Web Shield settings that I can find and none have made any change. Any ideas? Should I just leave Web Shield off or is that a bad idea?

Adding AVR to the exclusion list could/should(?) solve it.
By AVR do you mean Aver Remote Console? Its in the exclusions list for AV and the process is excluded in Web Shield. No change.

Excellent, but not good news for you because I’m able to connect to the cameras if avast web shield (all shield) is running with no issue.
- I set user / password / ip / port into : Remote iSetup
- Open Remote Console and put IP into setup and user / password into Network
Cameras have no picture (black) but it seem all is connect and working.
