my stupid avast web shield is bugging or something, i dont know what to configurate and its set by FACTORY defaults. i dont know what i have to do , but i know that web shield ist the cause, cause if i turn it off , my speed is back.
pls help me.

maybe, but it doesnt make any sense to me, if it blocks frikking everything???..
i went to chip.de which is a common safe site among the internet in germany, and download simple programs , or download league of legends clients, and this web shield just slows it down and stucking it, i never download it unless i stop the web shield.
so pls help… its not beneficial to me right now , but i dont want to turn it off. i need help to configure it or ill have to change back to avira…-.-
if it blocks frikking everything???...if it Block, there should be a popup Message ....so what is it, Block or slow Down ?
i cant say it block, i mean it slows down to the extremes so something is happening
