Web Shield Exceptions question

Hi,

I was customizing Web Shield provider and after excluding some URL´s in the exceptions box (jpg attached), I noticed that despite the addresses are there already, when I visit them, ashWebSv.exe is still working and avast icon still spinning! …am I missing something?

This way, you excluded only the main page, not the associated frames, images, etc.
If you want to exclude everything there (and I don’t think it’s a good idea - first the page can get hacked/infected any time, second it shouldn’t really slow down anything if you let it get scanned), you’d have to append an asterisk after the URLs.

Thank You Igor, I really do not feel any slow down, so I am cleaning all the URL´s and will let WS to scan everything.
