Web Shield Infection Detected

I got an “Infection Detected” message from avast! Web shield for the following:

infection: JS:Blacole-DO [Expl]
URL: http://figureskatersonline.com/alissaczisny/site/wp-content-themes/chameleon/style-css

Does this mean the infection was blocked? Or do I need to perform some kind of file scan now to clean my computer? I have a Mac 10.8.4.

Yes avast blocked it…and i am not sure that type of malware affect your Mac

And since you have a Mac you should post in Mac forum section, since we know nada about Mac :wink:
