avast is indicating that web shield is turned off. I attempted to correct by clicking the turn on button but to no avail. Is my system at risk? If so, how do I correct?
not really at risk as the file shield (main resident) still runs. Try to reboot, and if that doesn’t work, stop and restart Avast services, and if that doesn’t work either, try a repair of the install.
