Web shield not working

I downloaded 4.6.603 today. But the Web shield is greyed out.
I have Internet mail, Network shield, and Standard shileld running. When I put cursor over “A” ball it says "four providers total , three running. I went to Add remove , repair and Web shield is checked.

Windows XP home sp2. Windows up to date.
Using Windows firewall.

So, why not use the Start button? :wink: ;D

I"m not sure what you mean but I used Start button. But I still get “no task currently using this provider” for the web shield.

Webshield working for me in Firefox, Mozilla, Opera and IE

I take it you restarted your pc after you upgraded?
