When I go to my avast account and click on security info it shows Web Shield is turned off, when I go to active protection it shows web shield is turned on. When I click on shields control it shows all shields are on.
It appears to be a glitch as it shows my firewall is off, but it is not

Aren’t you are using the beta 11.1.2234 ?
If so this may be different to the OP using 10.4.2233.
My 11.1.2234 installation is showing correctly in my.avast.com devices.
Now it’s showing Web Shield is on.
