Web Shield wont start

Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security

Web shield stopped working.

Restarted Avast Services
Repaired install.
uninstall reinstall

Nope…wont start…have it being ignored but would rather see it working.

I have searched around and the only thing i have found for a fix is restart services, but again…doesnt work…

Avast Internet Security Version 17.5.2303
