So Avast shows me that Web Shield is off. I go to Settings->Components and turn it on. Go back to the main screen and it’s still off. Go back to Settings->Components and it’s off. Now recently I installed a VPN, but it’s not actually running (or I am not connected to a server and using the VPN it might have a server component that is running). Could this be the problem?
