web shield

I have to turn off the web shield to access the net, i recieved complex instructions from tech. support but no use, can’t understand it, no-one else seems to have same problem, no other firewalls. tried clean installed four times.

Sorry to hear that you’re still having problems.

I don’t think I can offer you much help, but if you want others to help I think you should include relevant information from your

earlier posts, ie: you have had a fraud.sysguard infection, and removed it with spybot. This malware is reported elsewhere to be

difficult to fully remove, and to block internet access.

Also give details of your system, and other of security software that has been or is installed in this post.

One thing I would suggest is to follow earlier advice from De Hollander to run SAS and malwarebytes scans and post results.

You would also recieve alot more help if you kept your posts to your original thread, please do not post in this thread as it will be reported to moderators to delet

It helps everyone (Evang. and Avast Team) to keep everything to one thread since they will respond to you in your thread (and sometimes email), but since you are spread out across the forum, this will be difficult. That is why I posted all your threads so the Team can see where you have been.
