Web Site will not load with Web Shield [Vista]

With Web Shield on the following site will not load http://www.dom.com. It trys to load but it never gets there.

If I stop the Web Shield Provider it will load fine. I am running Vista with the built in firewall and I have not installed any other virus or firewall products.

I checked the site with Dr. Web and it said it was clean. I would like to learn why this is happening and what I can do to fix it.

No problem loading with firefox or Maxthon with the web shield enabled, though it loads slowly, not unusual I’m on dial-up.

Interesting indeed. I can confirm that the problem can be replicated here. Everything works OK under XP - but under Vista, the page does not load. :-\

I’ll try to get someone look into this.
