I have installed Avast Pro 8.0.1488 on four computers, two windows 7 64 bit, one windows 7 32 bit, and one windows 8 64 bit. Two are ok but one windows 7 64 bit and the windows 8, the WebRep screen is cut off, anybody else see this? I will include a photo.
Sorry, need to add all were IE 10.
is the DPI the same on all the machines?
This is what mine looks like on IE 10…
Hi lukas, after reading your post went to screen resolution and then make text smaller or larger and the windows 7 64 bit was set to medium, changed it to small, screen resolution was 1920x1080 and then WebRep looked OK. On the windows 8, it was already on small but the resolution was on 1600x900, changed to 1920x1080 but it DID NOT change WebRep. I really do not like the way window 7 screen now looks, maybe I can play around with the settings. Also no help for windows 8. sly
Ok I have the fix. I changed everything back the way I had it. Then I played with the zoom level of Internet Explorer, I have the status bar enabled so it is just about the clock in the lower right hand corner. If I lower the zoom level from say 110 down to 90 then WebRep looks OK. You have to close IE and reopen it for the effect to work. I guess you just have to live with lower zoom setting for WebRep to look right when you want to vote at least. Anyway I hope this helps someone else, Thanks lukas for heading me in the right direction. sly
